I have had several customers stay at Peaceful Valley in Crane Lake. The customers always had good things to say about the owners and the cabins. The cabins are charming and well taken care of. I have met with people in the cabins and the cabins were very clean and comfortable. The cabins had kitchens and were also within walking distance to places to eat when people don’t want to cook. You could see the owners care about the resort and were always ready to mark a map with special fishing places or where to pick blueberries.If you are looking for an affordable family vacation on the edge of the Voyageurs National Park and Superior National Forest I would give Rob and Missy a call.
My family stayed at the resort for the fishing opener and had a marvelous time. The cabin met all our needs, and boat docks are large with room to spare. Owners were accommodating to any requests we had. The weather was beautiful, and the fishing was too!
We had an amazing stay at Scott’s Peaceful Valley! We rented a cozy two bedroom cabin right on Crane Lake, MN, which was perfect for our family of four. The views were incredible, and the setting was so quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect base for exploring Voyageurs National Park. We spent our trip fishing, swimming, boating, and exploring the nearby ATV trails. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about the place. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and MN outdoor adventures, and this was the perfect spot. Highly recommend these Crane Lake cabin rentals. We'll definitely be coming back!
I enjoyed my stay at Scott's Peaceful Valley Resort in May over Memorial Day weekend. The location is easy to find, I was happy to see great docks, cleaning house and they had fuel available. The cabin was certainly old and quaint. I found myself enjoying the cabin though it isn't a like a 5 star hotel in a big city, your not in a big city and your likely enjoying the out of doors. This cabin fit that bill well. I would come back to Scott's again if fishing on Crane. I suspect that will happen. We had a nice time and lakes are great! Keep up the good work!
Owners are very nice and accommodating. Cabin was clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay.
Had a good time but the cabin was in rough shape. The floor was coming apart in the bedroom. But for the price and great hospitality it was worth it. Did not like the street directly in front of the cabin.
Having a super time here!! Enjoyed the 4th of July parade and are catching lots of fish.
If it was possible, I'd give it 4.5 stars but it takes a pretty amazing resort or motel to get 5 stars from me. We were there for 3 nights and the cabin had everything we needed but it could do with some updating. The door needs to be slammed for it to stay shut and when we thought it was shut securely, it was wide open after we were gone for several hours. It was pretty hot inside when we got there and it took several hours to cool it down with the window AC. The wifi was not working when we were there but other than that, it was comfortable and very peaceful.
